Jodie Desrochers is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a registered HR Consultant with the Human Resources Professional Association. Jodie is the founder of HR Werx and her mission is to provide Northern Ontario businesses with on-demand HR services customized to meet their individual needs and their budget. By having an Honours Bachelor of Arts, a post-graduate certification in Human Resources Management, along with a CHRL designation, Jodie’s educational background is an asset when it came to founding her own business in 2018. Jodie is an HR Consultant that can support her Clients with the constantly changing employment legislation by helping to develop employee policies and procedures, as well as being available for in-person consultations to assist with complex employment matters. Along with her educational experience, her professional experience includes 10+ years in HR Management in industries such as construction, railway, mining and hospitality with exposure to both federally and provincially regulated industries.

HR Werx is considered an ‘On-demand HR department’ providing convenient consultations allowing all services to be accessible to any business owner in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Jodie currently offers a variety of services allowing clients to better understand all things HR, such as HR Support Services, HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Workplace Investigations, Custom Training Programs as well as HR Support for Job Seekers.
